A Nihon Falcom revelou na quinta-feira o primeiro trailer de Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter ( Sora no Kiseki the 2nd ), o remake do jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky  SC. O jogo será lançado para PlayStation 5, Switch, Switch 2 e PC via Steam no outono de 2026 (o vídeo japonês abaixo indica um lançamento geral em 2026, enquanto o vídeo em inglês indica um lançamento no outono de 2026).

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter  é uma continuação de Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter ( Sora no Kiseki the 1st ), o remake do jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky .

A Nihon Falcom lançou o jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky  SC, sequência de The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky , para PC em 2006, para PlayStation Portable em 2007 e para PlayStation 3 em 2013. A XSEED Games lançou o jogo em inglês para PSP em outubro de 2015. A Nihon Falcom lançou uma remasterização do jogo intitulada The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC Evolution no Japão em dezembro de 2015.

O remake de Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter foi lançado simultaneamente em todo o mundo em 19 de setembro para Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5 e PC via Steam.

A versão original de The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky estreou no Japão para PC em 2004. O jogo foi posteriormente lançado para PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita.

A XSEED Games localizou e lançou The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky em 2011 para PlayStation Portable. O jogo inspirou o anime The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, também lançado em 2011.

A NIS America lançou The Legend of Heroes : Trails Through Daybreak II ( The Legend of Heroes : Kuro no Kiseki II -CRIMSON SiN- ) para Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 e PC via Steam, Epic Games Store e GOG em inglês no dia 14 de fevereiro. The Legend of Heroes : Kuro no Kiseki II -CRIMSON SiN- foi lançado para PS4 e PS5 no Japão em setembro de 2022. O jogo estreou para Nintendo Switch no Japão com o título The Legend of Heroes : Kuro no Kiseki II for Nintendo Switch em julho de 2024.
